Risk prevention and protection of legality
Digital Technologies considers compliance with the laws and regulations in force in all countries in which it operates to be an essential principle and prohibits conduct that breaches them, including in particular the unlawful conduct covered by Italian Legislative Decree No. 231 of 8 June 2001, as amended and supplemented. To this end, Digital Technologies has adopted an organizational and management model pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 and operates in accordance with the procedures it contains, which are designed to prevent the risk of offences.

The form for submitting a report to the Supervisory Body, with instructions for correct completion and transmission.
